TRACKING YOUR ORDER

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from DownShift Society. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team and we will provide you with a return shipping label. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days. If you have any questions about our return policy, please don't hesitate to contact us.
